Search the exact Epson model, open Downloads and choose the computer's OS. Read whether the listed item is a printer driver, scanner utility or combined package. A Scan 2 download is relevant only when the exact device has a scanner.

- Choose the computer's OS version and architecture when the maker asks for them.
- Read what the package actually installs, then use a small test page. Add scan software only if your model supports scanning and you need it.
